What happens during the 30-day free trial?
You get full access to all features with zero platform fees. MyInfo verification is required to start the trial to comply with regulatory requirements. After 30 days, you'll need to top up your Fee Wallet to continue.

What is the Fee Wallet and how does it work?
The Fee Wallet is used exclusively to pay platform fees. Customer payments go directly to your bank account. Top up any amount (minimum S$10) only after your free trial ends. Sales pause if balance drops below S$1. This keeps you compliant with PSA regulations.

Why is MyInfo verification required?
MyInfo verification is required to comply with regulatory requirements and prevent abuse of free trials. We comply fully with PDPA.

Can I withdraw funds from the Fee Wallet?
No - Fee Wallet funds can only be used to pay platform fees. They cannot be withdrawn or used for other payments, ensuring compliance with payment regulations.

What happens if my Fee Wallet runs out?
When your balance drops below S$1, sales will be automatically paused until you top up. You remain liable for any outstanding platform fees.

Which banks are supported for PayNow?
We support all major Singapore banks for QR code generation but only DBS, UOB and Maybank for automatic PayNow reconciliation. You can connect your existing accounts without changing your banking relationships.

Which card processors are supported?
We integrate with Stripe and Adyen for global card acceptance. You can connect your existing accounts without changing your banking relationships.

How quickly can I start accepting payments?
With MyInfo verification, you can be set up and accepting payments in as little as 3 minutes. Once you connect your bank account or card processor, you're ready to go immediately.
