Customer payments go directly to your bank account — we never hold your sales money. Platform fees are billed to you separately (never taken from your sales), and processor fees are shown separately at cost. We're not a payment service: your money flows bank-direct.

You choose, per channel — by default we pass fees to buyers automatically: they see one small fee on card payments (our fee and card processing in a single line at cost), and the price you set is exactly what you receive. Prefer to show no fees? Absorb them yourself with one toggle. PayNow orders carry no fee for anyone.

Not to start. Identity verification only comes into play if you opt into billed-later settlement terms — a credit arrangement. Businesses that want the verified badge can confirm their UEN voluntarily. We comply fully with PDPA.

Yes. PayNow QR pays straight into your bank account, and card processors (Stripe/Adyen) settle into your own accounts. We support DBS, UOB and Maybank reconciliation plus Stripe and Adyen — no need to change banking relationships.
